Agilo Foundation, a nonprofit NGO Registered under Society Act 1860 with Govt. of NCT, Delhi. The society is also entitled to exemption from govt. taxes under 12A & 80G of Income Tax Act 1961. Agilo is also registered under NGO Darpan, NITI Aayog.

A women's role has changed tremendously and is making its greatest impact in our society today. Many years ago, women's contribution to society was limited and controlled by men but women are standing tall and are playing a major role in many important areas. Women's now have enrollments in every field all they require is an opportunity to move forward.
The endeavor is to sensitize women, provide them voice and inspire them to perform their roles effectively and meaningfully. Gender equity is conceded as an important input in nation’s development. Disparity in the lack of participation of women in employment and decision making has been cognized as major challenges by United Nation Development Program. She the Change movement would act as a catalyst for women to be more aware, play an active role and be an architect of change. The effort would be on capacity building in their journey of self-discovery. Transformational workshops coupled with coaching and mentoring exercises are planned to achieve desired results.
Agilo Foundation has always believed in women power and therefore it has always tried to make women a part of the team and we are proud to say that 80% of Agilo’s staff consists of women.
